How I Discovered My Profit Idea
I’ve got the answer to how it works. As a realtor and contractor (which means being self-employed) the only time I or my husband earned a paycheck is if we completed a contracting job or closed on a house.
This meant we did not have a guaranteed weekly paycheck at that time compared to our peers in other industries. We were also struggling personally while our country was being hit economically too.
Many of our customers were looking for more affordable routes to get their needs met. This also included the DIY (Do It Yourself) route too.
This is when my profit idea game to me on how to educate the public on how to hire contractors more successfully and the be wares that go with it; and, help people looking to buy and sell homes for the first time too.
I began to learn all that I could on how to set myself apart as a service professional you could trust; how you could get your how-to’s, training, and services that would equip and empower you to make wiser decisions when needing to employ other industry service professionals, like myself.
