The Use A Pro’s HELPS Model for Podcasts & Webinars™
The HELPS acronym was developed to help “tell your story” in a clear and concise way. Through this process, we strive to reach two distinct audiences. The customer, who through this discovery process, will see the real value your service will provide. Additionally, the aspiring small business entrepreneur will benefit from the “lessons learned” and on-line mentoring.
Handicraft Story – Tell us how you honed your CRAFT(S)
- Credibility – How did you establish your credibility.
- Recognitions/Certifications – Required licenses/training and awards, i.e. “top honors” etc.
- Attributes – What skills, abilities, talents, gifts, help make you successful. How do you develop them?
- Fortitude – Years in profession and/or business
- Tools of the trade – What “tools” are needed to do your job and what “tools” are needed to reach customers.
- Story – “Tell your story” in such a way to entertain but most importantly to educate and empower.
Equipping 4 Success
- Questions to ask before hiring a Pro in your industry. What should the customer know?
- “Take-a-ways” for the D.I.Y. and what is required to become a licensed Pro.
- Pitfalls and Problems. What are some “gotcha’s” that consumers/entrepreneurs need to know?
